Build a Chart Journal That Survives Honest Review
A useful journal records the story you believed at entry, the timeframe that set that story, and the precise event that would have invalidated it. Screenshots without those notes are decoration. During review, you should be able to answer: Was the higher frame correct? Did I wait for alignment? Did I respect invalidation? Those three questions turn a log into a coaching tool rather than a scrapbook of wins and losses.
