Information we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, selected topic, and message. If you book coaching we may also process scheduling details, chart notes you choose to share, and payment references exchanged offline. Server logs may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, deliver coaching, improve our materials, maintain site security, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

Retention

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records. Coaching notes are retained for the duration of the engagement and a limited period afterward unless you ask us to delete them sooner where legally allowed.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help us operate email or scheduling tools, and when required by law. Providers are expected to protect data appropriately.

International access

Our studio is in Korea. If you contact us from another country, your information may be processed in Korea.

Your choices
