Refund and cancellation

Scope

This policy covers live coaching tracks offered by Page Maple Base: multi-timeframe foundation, intraday alignment lab, structure review intensive, and mentorship retainers. It does not cover physical products, shipping, or automated trading tools because we do not sell those.

Eligibility

Refund requests apply to fees you have already paid for coaching that has not been fully delivered. Informational prices on the website are not charges until payment is arranged offline and confirmed.

Timeframe

Request a refund within 14 days of payment if no live session in that engagement has started. After the first live session begins, refunds become partial or unavailable as described below.

Full refund

A full refund is available when you cancel before the first scheduled session and we have not delivered intake feedback beyond a brief scheduling reply. Full refunds also apply if we cancel an engagement permanently and cannot offer a reasonable alternative date within 30 days.

Partial refund

If you cancel after one or more sessions in a multi-session track, we refund the unused remaining sessions minus any materials preparation already completed for those sessions. Mentorship retainers are prorated for full unused weeks within the paid month when cancellation notice is given at least 7 days before the next live session.

Non-refundable items

Completed live sessions are non-refundable. Custom chart markup already delivered, written conflict reports, and session recordings provided to you are non-refundable once delivered. Deposits held to reserve a specific start date become non-refundable if you no-show without notice.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a live session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Reschedules inside 24 hours may count as a delivered session unless we agree otherwise due to emergency. Mentorship retainers may pause once per quarter for up to two weeks by written agreement.

No-shows

If you miss a scheduled session without notice, that session is treated as delivered. A replacement session may be offered at our discretion, not as an automatic right.

Work already started

When intake review, chart preparation, or asynchronous note replies have begun, we may deduct a preparation fee reflecting time already spent before calculating any partial refund.

Purchased materials

Digital worksheets and checklists included in a track are licensed for personal use. They are not returnable once sent. They do not create a separate product purchase outside the coaching engagement.

Refund process and timing

Email studio@page-maplebase.click with your name, engagement type, payment date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method when possible within 10 business days after approval.

Exceptions

Compulsory cancellations caused by documented medical emergencies or platform outages on our side may receive extended rescheduling or a full refund for undelivered sessions, assessed case by case.
