Reading Nested Timeframes Without Noise

Most traders treat each timeframe as a separate opinion. Nested reading treats the higher frame as the map and the lower frame as the street view. Start by stating the weekly structure in one sentence. Then ask whether the daily is still obeying that sentence. Only after that do you open the entry chart. When the lower frame disagrees, you do not invent a new story—you wait for alignment or you stand aside. The discipline sounds simple; the practice is noticing how often you skip the first sentence.
